中國鋼結構協會召開“新型鋼結構抗側力體系的抗震關鍵技術及工程應用”科技成果評價會

2023年7月25日下午,中(zhong)國鋼(gang)結(jie)構協會組織(zhi)召開“新(xin)型(xing)鋼(gang)結(jie)構抗側力(li)體系的抗震關(guan)鍵技(ji)術及工(gong)程(cheng)應用”科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)評價視頻會。該成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)由西(xi)安(an)理(li)工(gong)大學、西(xi)安(an)建筑科技(ji)大學、中(zhong)鐵(tie)一局集團(tuan)建筑安(an)裝工(gong)程(cheng)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司、中(zhong)鐵(tie)第一勘察設(she)計院集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司、陜西(xi)建工(gong)第九建設(she)集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司等單位共同(tong)完(wan)成(cheng)。

會上,西(xi)安(an)理(li)工(gong)(gong)大學(xue)土木建筑工(gong)(gong)程學(xue)院(yuan)副院(yuan)長(主(zhu)持工(gong)(gong)作)郭宏(hong)超(chao)教(jiao)授代表項目組,匯報了(le)(le)項目研究背(bei)景、關(guan)鍵創新技術及成果應用等(deng)內(nei)容。評價(jia)專(zhuan)家們審閱了(le)(le)技術資料,經質詢和(he)討論(lun),認為(wei)項目組充分調(diao)研、理(li)論(lun)分析、試驗驗證,形成了(le)(le)新型鋼結構抗側力(li)體系,主(zhu)要創新點如(ru)下:
1.開(kai)展了半剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)邊框-鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)剪(jian)力(li)(li)墻(qiang)(qiang)單元(yuan)的(de)試驗和理論研究,揭示了邊緣構件對鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)墻(qiang)(qiang)抗剪(jian)承載力(li)(li)、初始剛(gang)(gang)度(du)及延性(xing)的(de)影響規律,分析鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)剪(jian)力(li)(li)墻(qiang)(qiang)結構的(de)地震損傷演化過(guo)程,研發(fa)了密肋(lei)防屈曲鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)剪(jian)力(li)(li)墻(qiang)(qiang)、組合鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)墻(qiang)(qiang),提出了考慮梁柱節(jie)點剛(gang)(gang)度(du)影響的(de)半剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)邊框-鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)剪(jian)力(li)(li)墻(qiang)(qiang)單元(yuan)設計方法,為該類型單元(yuan)在抗震結構中的(de)應(ying)用提供了依據。
2.開展了鋼(gang)(gang)混組(zu)(zu)合(he)邊(bian)框-鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)剪力(li)墻單元的試驗和理論研(yan)究,建立了部分組(zu)(zu)合(he)柱(zhu)-鋼(gang)(gang)梁(liang)的半(ban)剛性連接力(li)學(xue)模型,提出了鋼(gang)(gang)混組(zu)(zu)合(he)邊(bian)框-鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)剪力(li)墻結構設計方法。
3.提出了(le)一種新型的(de)高強鋼框架-偏心支撐結構,揭示了(le)其罕(han)遇地(di)震下(xia)的(de)層剪(jian)力分布(bu)狀態,建立耗能梁段(duan)轉角與結構之間的(de)變形協調方程,給出了(le)基于性能的(de)抗震設計方法。
4.發(fa)明了(le)一種鋼框架-預制(zhi)裝配式再生(sheng)混凝土墻板,給(gei)出了(le)制(zhi)作(zuo)方法及連(lian)接技術,提(ti)出了(le)相應的結構(gou)承載力和剛度計算方法。
該項目獲得國家授權(quan)專利30件(其中發(fa)明專利12件),在國內外學術期刊發(fa)表學術論文130篇,其中SCI、EI收錄74篇。項目成果在蘭州新區(qu)保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)性住(zhu)房項目、大慶西站等工程中得到應(ying)用,經濟、社會和環保(bao)(bao)效益(yi)顯著。
評(ping)價委員會(hui)認為(wei),該成果總體上達到(dao)國際先(xian)進水(shui)平,其中考(kao)慮梁柱節點剛度影響的半剛性邊框-鋼(gang)板剪(jian)力墻單元(yuan)設計方法(fa)達到(dao)國際領(ling)先(xian)水(shui)平。
